Villa très bien équipé et arboree dans un lotissement de standing. Belle piscine une vue sur les alentours avec la mer au loin. Malheureusement dans la deuxième quinzaine d'octobre 2024 le beau temps n'a pas toujours été au rendez-vous.

Die Villa entspricht den Angaben im Internet. Sie liegt etwas in der Höhe, oberhalb dem Hafen von Moraira. Die Einrichtung ist super, alles neu gemacht. Bäder, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer; alles gut ausgerüstet und bequem eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich ist funktionell und grosszügig gestaltet, es gibt auch genug Schattenplatz (ist bei grosser Hitze nötig). Die Verwaltung ist sehr freundlich, kommuniziert gut, und ist hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Alles in Allem ein tolles Objekt; wir gehen wieder hin!

Schöne Unterkunft für die ganze Familie

Super netter Empfang in einem wirklich schönen sauberem Haus. Eine schöne Terrasse und ein toller Pool. Barrierefrei ist das Haus auch . Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse umgeben von schönen Häusern . Es ist alles mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, ob Supermarkt oder auch der kleine Strand. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen .

Lovely Villa

A very relaxing break in beautiful surroundings with fabulous views. The property owners were friendly and approachable and more than willing to work around our arrival and departure times. They were unobtrusive and advised us when to expect the gardener and pool engineer so that we were not disturbed or caught unaware. We would definitely book with them again.

La villa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Los cuartos de baño son grandes y las duchas tienen buen caudal de agua.. la cocina es estupenda, no le falta detalle, tiene todos los electrodomésticos grandes y pequeños que se necesita. Cada habitación tiene tv, y la sala de estar y comedor son también amplios. Y luego está el jardín con la piscina que estaba limpia y bien cuidada. imprescindible ir con coche. Sven ha sido muy amable y simpático y nos ha atendido muy bien, gracias, esperamos poder volver.

Una gran estancia. La casa reformada, con todas las comodidades actuales e incluso más. Además, incluye juegos para los niños, material para la piscina, etc. Habitaciones amplias y modernas. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad. La atención de los gestores es de 10. Nuestra valoración es de sobresaliente. Si hay que poner peros, la piscina necesita un revisión dado que faltan algunas teselas y el baño secundario huele a desagüe en ocasiones. Ahora bien, no suponen una incomodidad y desde luego, volveríamos a repetir con los ojos cerrados.

Tolles Objekt, modern eingerichtet, schöne Aussicht von Küche und Terrasse auf die Bucht Cala Llebieg. Der Swimmingpool lag im Oktober aufgrund des Sonnenstandes überwiegend im Schatten. Dadurch wurde das Wasser recht kühl.

Ruhige Villa mit etwas Meerblick, geniesserisch

Wir waren zu dritt in dieser ruhigen Villa und konnten unseren Urlaub in der Region wunderbar geniessen. Die Abwicklung mit dem Verwalter Hr. Schnier war nicht nur was Anreisetag und Schlüsselübergabe betraf, sondern auch bei allen anstehenden Fragen schnell und unproblematisch. Die moderne Inneneinrichtung des Hauses hat uns überzeugt. Die Küche und das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche waren klasse. Auch ausserhalb des Hauses mit Pool und Grill waren die Abende völlig entspannt. Ein neuerliches mieten ist sehr wahrscheinlich.

Excellent location. Just a short taxi into town for literally €7. Really nice and modern inside. Fantastic deep pool and a beautiful view. The only thing I would advise is another air conditioning unit in the other bedrooms as only the main bedroom has an air con unit (as well as the living room). All in all it was a pleasure to spend 2 weeks here.

14 Tage entspannter Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen

Als eine Gruppe, bestehend aus sechs Personen, hatten wir einen wundervollen entspannten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa in Moraira. Der zweiwöchige Urlaub kam uns bei der Abreise eher vor wie drei bis vier Wochen. Die Villa steht am Ende einer Sackgasse, dem entsprechend herrschte so gut wie kein Verkehr. Von außen sehr schlicht und in mediterranem Stil gehalten, von innen sehr ansprechend saniert und eingerichtet. Sämtliche Haushaltsgeräte werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Von einem großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank über Backofen und Mikrowelle bis Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Wir hielten uns die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und im bzw. am Pool auf. Die Klimaanlagen ("Elternzimmer" und Wohnzimmer) funktionierten tadellos, wobei diese lediglich am Nachmittag/Abend die Räume etwas heruntergekühlt haben. Da sich an jedem Fenster Netze befanden, konnte man am Abend auch durchlüften, ohne an Ungeziefer denken zu müssen. Vom Standort der Villa aus gelangt man in überschaubarer Fahrzeit in die nächst größeren Städte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Sven und Malte bei der Anreise, während des Aufenthalts und bei der Abreise war sehr nett und entspannt. Per Kurznachricht wurden wir bei Fragen sehr gut unterstützt. Das Gesamtpaket aus Unterkunft und Vermieter ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit Wiederholungstäter bei nächster Gelegenheit. Very relaxing and peaceful play to stay

Villa was mostly great. Lovely location and well appointed. A couple of things would definitely improve it, a proper washing line to dry clothes and towels, air conditioning in all of the bedrooms as its only in one of them presently and a big plus would be some outside comfortable seating other than the dining table and chairs, otherwise well appointed. Pool is adequate but would be lovely lit up at night as some of the other nearby villas. Nice place to stay though and Sven pleasant and accommodating.
