Rosalia - holiday home with panoramic view and private pool in Teluda

Rosalia is a spacious typical Finca of the area with its riurau and interior patio, recently renovated and furnished in a modern style. It enjoys an excellent central location in the Camarrocha area of Moraira, very close to the shopping center where we find several supermarkets, bars and shops. The Finca is surrounded by almond trees and muscatel vines and a large terrace surrounds the pool area. Only 5 minutes separate us from the center of Moraira and Teulada, both high-tourist coastal towns where you can visit a wide variety of tourist services, restaurants and water sports, along with incomparable beaches and coves. The Finca offers panoramic views of the typical landscape of the Mediterranean area and provides a high level of privacy.

Rosalia has parking for 4 cars. From there, we go down to a spacious terrace, surrounding the private pool, with sun loungers, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen with a dining table to enjoy meals outdoors in summer, as well as an outdoor shower and a bathroom with shower. At the end of the pool, there is another chill-out area. The Finca Rosalia is a large vacation home exquisitely decorated, taking care of every detail, with two floors connected by internal stairs. We enter the large and cozy covered veranda "Riu-Rau" with a long wooden table with chairs, which enjoys very good panoramic views.

We continue towards a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, next to a fully equipped modern kitchen. Next to the kitchen, we find a laundry room with access to an interior patio that also accesses the pool terrace. On this floor, we find two bedrooms with double beds, which share a bathroom with a shower. The internal stairs take us to the upper floor, where we find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with a balcony, and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room and the 5 bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.
