FANTASTIC VILLA JUST 5 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH - NEXT TO THE GOLF COURSE - FANTASTIC OPEN VIEWS -
Fantastic villa just 5 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of the charming fishing village of Moraira, which has been completely renovated in 2014. Its location is privileged as it is situated in a very quiet urbanisation surrounded by green areas with hardly any neighbours. Just 4 minutes by car, there is an excellent golf course with sea views.
The villa has 6 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The main bedroom, with a fantastic terrace with panoramic views, is located on the upper floor and has an excellent bathroom with shower and bathtub en suite (there is no toilet in this bathroom). On the upper floor, there are 3 other bedrooms and 2 design bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor is the fifth bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with shower. Also on the ground floor, next to the living room, there is a courtesy toilet. The sixth bedroom is located in a studio annexed to the house with independent access and has an en suite bathroom, TV, microwave, fridge and sink.
The villa has a fantastic American-style kitchen and a very large and bright dining room with a large window offering beautiful views of the pool and the countryside. The living room is very spacious, comfortable and has satellite TV and WiFi.
In the exterior of the villa there are several terraces with design furniture. At night you can enjoy beautiful lighting in the pool, terraces, facade and in garden trees.
The house also has an independent laundry area.
