CUTE VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, up to 8 people.
LAY OUT : This 146 m2 villa is spread over two floors and connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor we have 2 wonderful bedrooms with double beds, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub. The American kitchen is fully equipped and it is connected to the splendid living-dining room with air conditioning, which is spacious and luminous and counts with a modern decoration with some rustic touches as the wooden ceiling beam or the fireplace. From this room we access to the terrace whit a dining table and the pool area. On the upper floor is a lovely suite with two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom communicates with a small furnished living room. From both floors you can enjoy unbelievable views to the sea, from the famous Punta of Moraira to the natural park of the Peñón de Ifach. The flat on the lower floor can be accessed via the external staircase next to the swimming pool. This flat has a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR : A plot of about 3430m2 with enough space to park 2 or 3 vehicles. There are trees, shrubs and plants, as well as orange and lemon trees all around the property. In front of the villa is the lovely swimming pool and around it we have some terraces with sunbeds to enjoy the pleasant summer weather or the incredible views of the area. Next to the pool we will find a dining table and an electric barbecue.
LOCATION : This villa is located in the famous area of Benimeit, a quiet neighbourhood of Moraira. In a 3kms radius we can find delicious restaurants as well as some places to do activities like tennis, padel or water sports. Close to the villa there are beautiful sandy beaches and very nice coves.
