With a total of four spacious bedrooms and four newly renovated bathrooms, Villa Bajo el Sol offers space and comfort. Extensively renovated recently, the villa offers a modern, high-quality design and is the perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy sun, sea and luxury.



A private pool, a spacious barbecue area and an inviting outdoor lounge invite you to spend sunny days and evenings in a quiet and exclusive residential area. Only 1 kilometre from the charming centre of Moraira and 1.5 kilometres from the sandy beaches of the region, the villa offers you the perfect starting point to experience the best of the Costa Blanca. Enjoy the impressive view of the valley and the majestic mountains from the garden and the pool - a backdrop that makes every moment special.



Family-friendliness is a top priority: the villa is optimally equipped for families and offers two baby cots as well as a highchair. For the safety of the little guests, the pool area can be separated from the villa with a fence.
