EXTRAORDINARY VILLA WITH CIRCULAR ARCHITECTURE LOCATED IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. For a maximum of 12 guests.
LAYOUT: The villa CONDOR, in Mediterranean style, is distributed over two floors. The main entrance of the villa gives us direct access to the living room, open and continuous space that communicates in several relevant rooms for our comfort as the dining room and the kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, as well as a coffee table and a television, forming an ideal setting to share a moment of relaxation. All the decorative elements of this large space shine thanks to the soft sunlight that enters through the large windows. The kitchen, completely renovated and modern, has everything you need to prepare meals, such as a large table, very practical and spacious enough to gather all the guests, is right next to it. On this floor there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds joined together, both of which are bright and cosy. A bathroom with bathtub is at our disposal. A sensational spiral staircase leads to the first floor where you will find an en-suite bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. A large terrace is at our disposal with a chill out area to enjoy the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The fourth bedroom is located in the right wing of the villa, right in the tower, and has a circular structure, which offers a lot of personality to this space. It is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom consisting of two single beds joined together plus a trundle bed. Taking the external stairs we reach the last bedroom, a suite with a private bathroom with shower and a magnificent split bed.
EXTERIOR: The villa CONDOR has several outdoor spaces to enjoy the magnificent sea view and the Mediterranean breeze. The main terrace consists of a large table for 10 guests and an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue. At the top of this space is a chill out area where sharing moments of joy and relaxation with others will be an extraordinary combination. The swimming pool is situated in the lower part of the villa, its distribution is unique and singular, at the height of very few villas. There are sun loungers, as well as a large and functional outdoor shower. The entrance to the villa offers enough space to park several vehicles. The plot has plants and trees typical of the Costa Blanca giving a natural touch to the villa making it a sublime location.
SITUATION: Villa CONDOR is located in a quiet and residential area with magnificent views of the surroundings and the sea as a backdrop. We will be located just a few minutes away from all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities offered by the charming town of Moraira, Calpe and Benissa.
