LUXURY AND MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, IN FIRST LINE OF THE SEA, WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS. For up to 8 guests.
LAYOUT: This villa is distributed over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. Accessing from the garage we go up through this staircase to the main floor where we find a large lobby from where we can access all the areas of this floor. From the first moment, one gets directly impressed when observing the majestic views from the very entrance of the villa. On the right side of this lobby, we enter the first bedroom with a double bed, with the first bathroom separate right next to it. Again, we obtain stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and the Peñon of Ifach straight from the bedroom. Returning to the lobby, passing the spacious living room and kitchen area, we reach the left wing of the villa where we find the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed as well. Just before, we have a separate toilet room, decorated in Roman style. Next to this room, we find the second bathroom with shower, located next to the second bedroom. On the upper floor we find two very large bedrooms with double beds and spacious en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). Each bedroom has its own private terrace with impressive panoramic views from Moraira to Calpe. Returning to the main floor, we find a fully equipped independent kitchen with access to a room where we have the washing machine and a storage area. Finally, we find a bright and very spacious living-dining room that has been tastefully furnished and decorated, with large panoramic windows to make the most of the spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea. All areas of the house are decorated in a classic style complemented with high quality details.
EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property we have access to the garage where we can park several vehicles. There is also the possibility of accessing the villa by going up some external stairs. A large swimming pool dominates the surroundings with a large furnished terrace with seating areas to enjoy the climate, the relaxation of the sound of the sea or for dinners under the glow of the moon and the song of the crickets. Just in front of the kitchen, we find a terrace with parasols that serves as an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with family or friends. As well we can find a barbecue area which offers the possibility of organizing unforgettable moments during the preparation of grilled meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Finally, an outside bar equipped with high chairs gives us a place to have a delicious appetizer whilst observing the spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Peñón de Ifach.
SITUATION: Villa DIANA is located in a well-known and famous residential area, at the tip of Cape Punta Estrella or more commonly known as Cap Blanc. It is one of the most sought-after destinations, since in this area we will find everything we need for our desired vacations, such as a supermarket, renowned restaurants, coves, fine-sand beaches, entertainment venues... .
