Villa Encina is a comfortable 3 bedroom villa located in the upmarket resort of Moraira. The villa is well located with a chic marina, beaches, restaurants and activities all close by to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The beach and amenities are within a 15 minute walk or a few minutes by car. Moreover, with a good sized pool, an attractive outdoor covered terrace and a spacious sunbathing area all with pleasant views, you have all that you need when you want to kickback and unwind. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Encina is in a great position within Moraira. Its splendid setting secures views of the surrounding area, yet the resort centre of Moraira is only a few minutes' drive or a 15 minute walk away. Here you'll find several authentic Spanish restaurants, plus the fabulous beach of La Ampolla. There's also a wide choice of shops and bars, as well as the beautiful marina. Whether you want a relaxing day by the pool or a day to explore, this 3 bedroom villa offers a great location.
