The ground floor welcomes you with a living-dining room equipped with TV/DTT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and pool. The open kitchen has a gas stove, and on this floor, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are also two bedrooms with two single beds each and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. An air conditioner in the hallway guarantees a pleasant climate. The upper floor, accessible by external stairs, offers a covered terrace with views of the pool, a living-dining room with air conditioning and SAT/DTT TV, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher.
