On the main floor we find a pleasant living room with air conditioning, sofa and TV area to relax, and a dining area with a nice table and chairs for 6 people. Next to the living room we find an open and fully equipped kitchen that allows you to enjoy the company of your family members while you are cooking, or preparing a delicious coffee in the morning. A room with two single beds and air conditioning, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and another a full bathroom with a shower. Going up a pleasant staircase we reach the upper floor where we find a double room with air conditioning, with an en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with a small table and two chairs to relax looking at the stars during the night. The pool can be heated on request, at an extra cost per night.

With 1,000 m2 of plot, and plenty of privacy, the villa offers several spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
