The main floor has two beautiful bedrooms with colonial furniture; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living-dining room is spacious and enjoys great light thanks to its large windows; it has a flat screen TV and a sofa. The dining room communicates directly with the open plan kitchen, fully equipped and with large benches to cook comfortably. The upper floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living/dining room is spacious and has access to an outdoor terrace furnished with sofas. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The ground floor has two bedrooms, both with two double beds, one of them with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom has access to a furnished terrace with comfortable sofas.
OUTSIDE: The plot has 870 m2 completely fenced in which the beautiful planters with different types of plants and shrubs are highlighted. Opposite the villa is the beautiful 8x4 m2 pool and large terrace spaces around it to relax with Rattan furniture such as sunbeds, outdoor bed and a pergola with sofas. On the side of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen and a stone table to enjoy outdoor meals or dinners. One of the open terraces has a lovely outdoor dining room and built-in barbecue. The covered terrace is fully furnished with comfortable sofas and wicker chairs. It also has an outdoor gas kitchen.

In its surroundings there are magnificent restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and fabulous coves with crystal clear waters, where you can perform different types of activities.
