PRIVATE COMFORTABLE VILLA IN SAN JAIME, MORAVIT (COSTA BLANCA). For a maximum of 8 guests.
LAYOUT: Close to all the local amenities like restaurants, shops and bar, Villa Monty offers a perfect retreat for an excellent family holiday or among friends. This private and cozy property disposes of a total of 4 spacious bedrooms, a large living room and a well equipped kitchen. The outside area is definitely a highlight of the villa, offering a beautiful garden with comfortable furniture to appreciate the impressive surroundings and its own pool area. When we enter the villa, we have parking space to park one or two vehicles on the property.In front of the villa, in the quiet street just next to it, there is plenty of space to park more vehicles. Once inside the property we can appreciate immediately the beautiful garden area, with an artificial grass area to be able to do our morning exercises with sunrise. As well, some furniture is strategically placed to have a nice coffee whilst enjoying the amazing surroundings of the villa. Incredible sea and mountain views can be experienced from the top floor of the villa which offers an amplified terrace equipped with table and chairs. Next to the garden area, we find a private pool area with a terrace and barbecue corner to enjoy fantastic meals amongst friends or family. Furthermore we can ascend the stairs to reach the top floor area and rooms situated in this upper level. When we enter the villa we find a modern and cozy living area, equipped with a great large screen television and comfortable sofa.Just next to it, we have a indoor dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen.From this area we can immediately access to the pool area. The villa offers a total of 4 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with double beds and bathrooms, some of them en suite.
EXTERIOR: A large pool area complements the villa keeping the greatest privacy at all times.Spacious garden areas are offering a retreat to share great moments with loved ones. Parking space on the property.
