5/6 bedroom luxury private villa in the exclusive El Portet area of Moraira.

A few minutes away from El Portet beach proudly stands this amazing villa on several levels, offering spectacular views of both the sea and across the valley to the mountains. The house has been designed with friends and family gatherings in mind, offering very flexible accommodation in 5/6 bedrooms all with en suite facilities. Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the property. The villa is living proof of how tradition and design can blend into one, creating a stylish yet relaxed space. The atmosphere appears informal but the care for detail is evident throughout. The villa is flooded with light throughout the day coming through multiple glass doors and stunning picture windows.

Upon entering the main living level guests are greeted by an airy open space, which includes the stylish living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the indoor dining area; this area is the focal point of the villa’s layout as it allows easy access to the large pool terrace and outdoor kitchen. It is ideally set up for outside living, with several chill out areas on all levels. Guests can decide whether they would like to sip an aperitif under the attractive pergolas, unwind on the comfy sofa's or swim in the fabulous pool. Number 22 is a not overlooked offering complete privacy and the opportunity to totally relax. It is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a stylish, laid-back ambience immersed in a spectacular location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Top Level: Master King bedroom with luxury bathroom incorporating both bath and shower; Second King bedroom with ensuite bathroom; large wrap around terrace offering panoramic views and a stunning chill out area – perfect for watching the sunset over the hills.

Main Level Inside: Large open plan living area incorporating kitchen, dining area and living room; flat screen TV and lovely wood burner; wc and storage area. Snug / 6th bedroom with sofa bed and large flat screen TV. Windows from all rooms opening on to pool terrace and naya.

Main Level Outside: Large pool terrace with swimming pool, 12 sun loungers & pergola housing a large seating area; outdoor kitchen with large bbq; covered naya, outdoor dining area under a shady pergola and an outside lounge. At the rear of the property is a large terrace with well established fruit trees.

Lower Level Main House: Second Master King bedroom with large private terrace, dressing area and en suite bathroom. Twin room with spectacular views and en suite bathroom. Fully equipped utility room housing washer/dryer and additional refrigerator.

Lower Level Pool House: Large studio suite with king size bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and lounge area. Lounge area contains a substantial corner sofa suite which will convert into another king bed. The pool house has it's own private garden terrace.

The villa is accessed through large electric gates and offers parking for up to 3 cars.

Location

Moraira is a fabulous town - "The Jewel of the Costa Blanca"; it was a small fishing town yet it attracts a lot of visitors each year without ever feeling over crowded, mainly due to the fact that there are few hotels.

El Portet is a quiet seaside village, just over 1 kilometer from Moraira, and within easy walking distance of the town. It is in a quiet, sheltered bay with a gently sloping, sandy bathing beach, ideal for children.

There is a superb view along the beach to Calpe, and inland there are pine clad mountains. In the village of Portet there is a small supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants.

Both El Portet and Moraira have a rather upmarket feel with nothing to be seen of the high rise developments that have scarred much of the Costas in Spain.

The property is amazing. This was our second visit. The last visit was 6 years ago. The only negative was the loss of electricity several times during the week which required the main switch to be operated as advised by the house keeper when the alarm went off. Obviously no one was hurt but food was spoilt due to the fridge losing power. Other tan this we had a great time. Thank you

Beautiful villa but a little tired - in need of some TLC. We had a few issues - showers flooding the bathrooms, aircon in one room not working, a few broken tiles/missing grouting in the bathrooms. The kitchen would benefit from a deep clean. The villa is in a fabulous location - not far from shops, restaurants and bars. If the few issues were sorted then this would be a fabulous villa. In saying that, we would happily come back. Sue (Villa owner) and Fran (house keeper) were very quick to respond and sort things for us quickly.

Dreamy place, really top notch.

The house is stunning, the furniture, the beds, the fixtures and fittings, terraces and pool area are all very swish and beautiful. The pool was the warmest I have ever experienced which is a real treat for me. There were lots of towels and sunbeds and beautiful furniture to relax on. Speakers and games and multiple seating areas. Sue was very communicative and helpful and her housekeeper went above and beyond when we arrived later than expected. Really lovely stay near the beautiful town of Moraira.

Stylish villa with a wonderful view

A wonderful villa with excellent design features and practical at the same time for different age groups. 2 seating areas under pergolas were a welcome escape from the heat, and we always ate at the outside table, admiring the views.. The pool was very well used by all, and a welcome cooling down place. El Portet beach was very good for children, but did get crowded so better to arrive earlier. Mary who was in charge of the property was so helpful. We would willingly had stayed longer.

Fantastic!!!!!! Superb location high on a hill with amazing panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, sweeping down towards the beautifully peaceful and uncrowded beach of El Portet. Four beautiful spacious en suite bedrooms and the detached pool room suite provided plenty of room for ten adults. The amazing open plan kitchen/diner/lounge was well fitted out with enough cutlery and crockery for double our number. Made even better by the huge floor- to -ceiling windows offering those stunning views. Great pool and lounging area with bags of shade for those in our group who like the warmth but need plenty of cover for their sensitive skin tones. Excellent and prompt support from Mary & Jade in the local property management team addressed our enquiries qickly and courteously. We had a blast with our friends at this fab property!!! Amazing villa, perfect location

I’d visited El Portet previously and it is such a lovely place, unspoilt by tourism. I knew the villa looked good online but it’s even better in real life. The best place any of us have ever stayed. Perfect for a large family or group. Stunning views. Villa very well equipped, including to cook for a big group, and beautifully appointed. We felt like we were living the high life!

Fantastic villa with amazing views over El Portet

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. The location is great a few hundred metres from El Portet beach with several cafes and restaurants (although with a very steep hill on the way back) and a short driven or c.30 minute walk to the centre of Moraira itself. The villa itself is beautiful with gorgeous design features and finished to an extremely high quality. The villa is really well equipped with plenty of cooking and dining supplies. The views over the bay are fantastic. We found mosquitos quite a problem at the time of our stay (September/October) so remember your repellent! Overall a fantastic holiday and we are already considering a return visit.

a week of luxury

a fantastic villa - spacious modern and very fully equipped. great welcome package of foodie bits on arrival and well stocked kitchen with oils, condiments, and basics for creating lunches & dinners. Huge amount of crockery for 7 of us staying - no need to be washing up every day on holiday. bedrooms and living areas all spotless and well decorated with lovely pictures, sculptures and ornaments - felt very trusted to be with these lovely things. we didn't have a car but walked into Moraira and El Portet for evenings and shopping- 20 minutes and got a taxi back (8 euros). well worth the hour transfer from Alicante

Absolutely stunning property with a commanding view over the local area and 180’ views of the sea.

Luxurious villa which is also casual chic in style and creature comforts. Everything you need is in the villa with plenty of internal and external space for 10+ people. We were a group of 8 professional women and we couldn’t have picked a better villa or location. Outside space is superb - different areas for quiet contemplation or full on partying on the very large terrace with huge table and a dozen or more chairs. It’s an easy walk into Portet and we also walked into Moraira itself a few times. Portet is great for families with several beach side restaurants and cafes, the ubiquitous trendy hotel, a few essential grocery shops and a truly fabulous and very safe beach. There was more than enough crockery, glasses, cutlery, towels, bedding etc etc to keep 8 ladies happy so eating in is a definite must with those views from the two large outside dining / casual dining areas. The views are worth several mentions as that villa benefits from panoramic views out to sea while being very private as it backs onto private land all along the left hand side of the pool (as you look out to sea). The villa isn’t overlooked at all so is incredibly private without being at all isolated. That’s quite a remarkable achievement by the architect and interior/exterior designer. All rooms are large and en suite, most if not all had a private sun bathing terrace and the beds / bedding were very comfortable. We had a double wardrobe dressing area, a private sun terrace, a bath and a separate shower in our downstairs bedroom. Can’t recommend it enough and we will book to come back next year !

Stunning Elegance...what's not to love!

Party of 4 May 2017. Upon arrival the scale of the property is breath taking. The sweeping driveway up to the magnificent entrance. When you enter the property the surprises keep on coming. I have never stayed in a rental Villa spec'd to such a high standard. It has absolutely everything you need for a week of sheer luxury. The bedrooms are simply stunning, like a 5* boutique hotel. All ensuite! The living areas, both inside and out, have the most magnificent furniture and decoration. Outside there are so many seating areas you are spoilt for choice, each one giving you a different view / aspect to the local area. We were a party of 4 but even in a larger group you would never feel like you were on top of each other as it's so well appointed. The surrounding area is beautiful. The local shops and beach are a short drive away, you could walk if you didn't mind the hill on the way back, although we were feeling lazy!! The kitchen in the Villa has everything you need if you wanted to stay there all week, and in addition a huge gas bbq. If you did want to venture into town for breakfast, lunch or dinner there are many many options to suit all pockets. I literally can not rate this Villa highly enough, we have already booked to return later this year!

Luksuriøs ny feriebolig i vakre omgivelser. Vi var 10 personer med voksne og barn, og alle nøt oppholdet. Barna gledet seg mest i bassenget, de voksne nøt de store terrassene med gode stoler og langbord. Praktisk, komfortabel og svært romslig bolig. 15 -20 minutter å gå ned til stranden i El Portet. Moraira er et flott område som er et godt utgangspunkt for utflukter og fotturer, men bil er nødvendig for å komme rundt omkring og til de beste strendene..
