LAYOUT: This wonderful Mediterranean villa has been renovated and decorated with great care and will make you feel at home. The main floor, where the four bedrooms are located, can accommodate up to a maximum of eight people. It has a large living space with a modern and equipped kitchen, comfortable leather sofas and a play area with a fun pool table. On the lower floor, at the level of the pool terrace, there is a practical auxiliary kitchen that you can use while enjoying the outdoors, and a rest area for when you want to take a relaxing and refreshing nap.The upper floor is kept closed and uninhabited. In short, you will find a carefully designed villa, with functional spaces equipped to simplify life and enjoy your vacation.
EXTERIOR: A grand entrance will welcome us to Villa Vermell. With a diverse garden of native plants that blocks the neighboring views and prioritizes privacy in the pool area. This terrace, where the large pool is located, is surrounded by sun loungers for enjoying the sun and refreshing swims. There are various relaxation areas, including a dining area and a covered chill-out zone for resting, shielded from the intense summer sun and heat to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. You will delight in the open views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.
LOCATION: Its location between the vineyards of Moraira, makes this villa a quiet place. Feeling surrounded by nature and countryside and at the same time close to the fine sandy beach of Moraira and its varied restaurants where you can enjoy local and international cuisine. There is even a karting center and a tennis club for sports enthusiasts.
