Villa can ideally accommodate 4 people (Voire 5: there is a sofabed in the conservatory). Baby equipment is available (high chair, pot, bath and bed umbrella) and a washing machine, ironing board, freezer, microwave, TV (French TNT), a library and a DVD player.
The house is 5 minutes drive from the beaches and downtown.
Some shops including a bakery, a small supermarket, a drugstore, a restaurant and two bars Wifi are 350 meters from the house (5 mins walk).

Ciruela The villa is located 20 minutes from Calpe, and 63 km from Alicante Airport.

It is in a deadlock, in a very quiet area with a fully enclosed garden and private pool (8 x 4 meters) with an outdoor shower.

It includes a large driveway, parking for 3-4 cars and a fully enclosed courtyard (this allows children to play safely). The entrance consists of a veranda that overlooks the living room and dining room. The villa is furnished with research, compact and well equipped kitchen. A hallway leads to two bedrooms; these are air-conditioned and each has a double bed and a bathroom.

Access to the terrace is from the porch or by the adjoining door to the kitchen.

The property is well maintained, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area and terrace table with 6 chairs, 4 chairs and a barbecue are available. Plus, you get maximum sunshine all day through the southern orientation of the terrace.

Fantastic Villa. Wonderful Hosts

Lovely Villa, absolutely perfect for the four of us and could cater for more people.Garden suntrap with large pool. Not overlooked. Quiet area.Host was wonderfully attentive and touched base with us via WhatsApp during the stay to ensure there was nothing more that we needed (there wasn't) We would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to Moraira

Perfect home in the sun!

We loved our stay in Villa Ciruela. The pool is a good size & very clean, the outside areas have plenty of seating and lots of space for sunbathing with enough good sunbeds for all guests. Inside the villa is very clean and well laid out, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the kitchen is well equipped. A 5 minute walk takes you up to the bars, shops & small supermarket that stocks most everything you need including fresh croissants for breakfast and is also open on a sunday morning (very useful as we arrived on a sunday & the main supermarkets are closed). Jacky & Valerie were very friendly hosts, easy to communicate with and clearly do all they can to ensure you have a lovely stay. We really felt very at home here and had a lovely relaxing time - we hope to return very soon!

Booked again for next year!

This Villa is superb. From the moment we walked down through the cactus garden towards to sparkling blue private pool, we knew we'd picked a winner. The Villa is well equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We stayed in August but thankfully both bedrooms have excellent air-con, which was a must with high 30c temperatures every day. The kitchen is lovely, a great induction hob, oven, large fridge freezer and washing machine, and opens straight into the garden, overlooking the pool. The outside space was just perfect. Felt very private, although the villa next door was empty, with a vantage point to catch the last of the evening sun. A good shop within walking distance and a couple of bars too. We preferred Bariloche, which had a lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere. The hosts Jacky and Valérie were excellent. Great communication and did everything to make sure we had a great holiday. As the title says we have booked for next year. We all had a tear in our eyes as we waved Valérie goodbye.

Lovely house in Moraira

Overall, we were very happy with the house and the garden and had a wonderful time there. The owners were very responsive and helpful in accommodating our 2 children (adults) when they preferred not to share a room. The only improvement point is that the furniture is a bit outdated and there is a rather limited amount of plates and glasses. All in all, we had a very nice time there.

An all round great stay in a lovely villa and good location

This villa is fantastic for a family or 2 couples, the bedrooms are a great size, plenty of storage space, there are 2 bathroom/shower rooms if you are 2 couples, both with aircon which is well needed in the hotter months. The kitchen has all you should need and more for a holiday, plenty of space if you want to do your own cooking and pretty much all the gadgets, a large fridge freezer so plenty of room to chill the drinks.... outdoor space was great, comfortable seating and dinning area, and the pool was perfect, crystal clear water, well maintained by regular visits from pool man and well used every day. Location is good you have bars and small supermarket on your doorstep and only a short walk to the beach, although its a steep climb back up so you do need to be into walking to take on the route back. it is safe to say we didn't want to hand the keys back and could have easily stayed on much longer. and thanks to the owners who were attentive and accommodating to our needs throughout the booking and checking in process.

Great villa

We stayed for a month and the facilities and location are really great. Everything was exactly as stated and the property is tremendous value for money. It is without doubt the best place we have stayed in and we have stayed in a large number of places in the past. The owners communication was superb and they were very helpful. We liked it so much, we have already booked it for another month next year. Very highly recommended.

The villa is lovely and very spacious it's very quiet just as we like it we took our grandson with us and it worked very well he had his own bedroom with own bathroom the pool was lovely nice and warm, we had a bit of a problem when we arrived but spoke to Valerie and it was sorted straight away, we would definitely go back

We had a very enjoyable week in this property in a residential area of Moraira.

The villa is small and homely but well appointed. It has everything you could need for a simple villa holiday and was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning was welcome in the lounge and bedrooms. A car is essential to travel around the area as it is hilly and some distance to beaches and larger shops. The villa owners are very responsive and quickly helped with initial questions and replaced an item that was defective. The garden is reasonably private but you can see and hear people in the corner of the garden of the adjacent property. There is not much of a view, if that is your main requirement, but Villa Ciruela has peace and charm on is side. The surrounding area is also very pleasant and we found plenty of restaurants with a good standard of food. A day trip to Valencia (90 minutes’ drive) was a welcome change from poolside reading and relaxing.

Very easy parking to the side of the villa, pool just about the right size for the two of us, air conditioning a definite bonus in the lounge area and both bedrooms, good t.v. and WiFi with everything in the kitchen you could possibly need.

Lovely villa, spotless and extremely well equipped kitchen. But what you don’t see in the pictures is how pretty the area is, no peeling whitewash or scruffy areas. Local shop is very good for a small supermarket plus a couple of bars and restaurants all a short walk from the villa. Owner always responded quickly and very helpful. We don’t usually go to the same place on holiday again, but, this time we will make an exception and will definitely go again.

An excellent Holiday property

Villa Ciruela is a very clean and tidy property and has everything required for a very relaxing holiday. It is very well decorated and the fixtures and fittings are of good quality The pool is a good size and very well maintained. What impressed us most were the three dining tables. One, in a dining area, inside. One, in a conservatory, at the side of the propery and a third table under a verandah by the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, crockery and cutlery. The area is very quiet and peaceful and has a good supermarket, a selection of restaurants, a bar and a newspaper shop about 350 metres away.

Another Great Holiday - Thank you!!

Another fabulous break at Villa Ciruela, Moraira! This is the third year we have been here and the villa is so peaceful and quiet, just what is needed in order to get away from the day to day hustle and bustle back home. We love the new kitchen which was needed and despite town only being 5 minutes drive away it made us want to stay in and cook and enjoy sitting outside in the evening, chatting and drinking without having to worry about one of us having to drive back from town. Having Wi-Fi in the Villa as well with a new TV and units really has made a huge difference as well which is much appreciated As usual town is really great with a great collection of shops and restaurants and we did drive into town a few times to walk along the sea front and also do a bit of shopping, including the large market on Fridays. We love this Villa it is a real sanctuary for both of us, we do not want anyone else to know about it!! We will be back again next year
