THE LOCATION
Enjoy an unforgettable beach holiday in the popular resort of Moraira on the Costa Blanca! The beautiful sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the inviting town centre and picturesque marina are just under 15 minutes away. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the location is very quiet, so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by the many popular summer events featuring music and dancing in the town.

THE VILLA
This holiday villa is a real gem! There are 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one en-suite, and a guest toilet in a living area of approximately 300 m².This means that up to 12 people can sleep in comfortable beds and share all the amenities.
Make the most of your stay and relax on the spacious pool terrace with the 5 x 10 metre private outdoor pool, or in the Mediterranean garden which is exclusively at your disposal. Thanks to the secluded plot, privacy is guaranteed – a real highlight! A large covered dining area with fairy lights and a private barbecue area complete the setting.

LIVING AND DINING AREA
The living and dining room is spacious and tastefully furnished. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a 50" smart TV, as well as cosy sofas for relaxing on. You can access the very spacious living terrace from here, which has more comfortable sofas and a large dining area. This terrace is equipped with a cooling ceiling fan and offers marvellous sea views.

KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen comes equipped with a cooking island featuring an integrated oven and a four-ring ceramic hob. There is also a large fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a blender and a toaster, as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a large freezer in the adjoining utility room.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The upper floor has four bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom contains a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a separate WC and bidet. The second bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, measuring 80 x 200 cm and 90 x 200 cm respectively. Two of the bedrooms have a desk and private access to an additional living terrace with sea views. There is a shared bathroom with a WC and shower, as well as a separate guest WC.


A staircase leads down to the garden level where there are two more double bedrooms with powerful fans and a shared shower room with WC (one double bed 160 x 200 cm and one double bed 150 x 190 cm).

INTERNET, PARKING SPACE, WASHING MACHINE
A powerful and fast WLAN connection thanks to a fibre optic connection, two lockable private parking spaces and a separate room for the washing machine complete the offer.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Instead of paying a high flat rate for electricity for air conditioning and other electrical appliances, you will only be charged for the electricity actually used during your stay at the standard rate of €0.35/KWh. As a special welcome gift, we will give you an electricity credit of €35/week. The amount of the electricity costs will be deducted from the electricity credit on departure and is payable in cash on departure.
The final cleaning fee is €200 and must be paid in cash on the day of departure. This fee includes laundry.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To avoid any misunderstandings, please note that there is a small, clearly demarcated annexe on the north-east side of the villa. This annexe has no access to or view of the living areas on the upper and garden floors, the pool with large terrace and dining area, or the Mediterranean garden with private barbecue area. During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of L'Ampolla Beach. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.
