Would you like to explore the Harz Mountains while also enjoying peace, nature and relaxation in the evenings? Then our holiday home is an ideal base. The property is located on our spacious grounds **directly beside the forest**, combining a quiet setting with short driving distances to many popular attractions around **Thale, Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, Blankenburg and Halberstadt**.

Our holiday home is particularly suitable for **families with children**. After an exciting day exploring the Harz, adults can relax on the **covered terrace**, while children can enjoy their own **play and sleeping loft** with plenty of space to play.

### Living and relaxing

The holiday home offers a cosy living area with a **new comfortable sofa bed**, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

The house also has a **covered terrace with seating and barbecue facilities**. Thanks to the location directly beside the forest, you can enjoy plenty of greenery and a peaceful atmosphere.

A private parking space is located directly at the holiday home.

### Especially suitable for families with children

One of the highlights of our holiday home is the cosy **children’s play and sleeping loft** under the roof.

Here, younger guests can play, read and enjoy themselves. Toys and various play opportunities make sure that even rainy days do not become boring.

There is also an additional sleeping space for children in the loft.

Please note: due to the sloping roof, the ceiling height in parts of the loft is only around **1.50 metres**. The loft is therefore intended exclusively for children.

A **travel cot** is also available for our youngest guests. A high chair can be provided upon request.

When making your booking enquiry, please let us know the ages of the children travelling with you. This allows us to prepare the child’s bed, travel cot, suitable bed linen and high chair as required.
