The cottage is located on a large natural plot approx. 1500 meters from the rushing North Sea at Vorupør, where you can find the sea bath, the smokehouse, sea & amp; beach atmosphere and much more. The cottage appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. Large bathroom with whirlpool, shower and underfloor heating. Guest bathroom with bathing environment, toilet and underfloor heating. The cottage is energy friendly with heat pump. The living room is modernly furnished and equipped with flat screen TV with both Danish and German channels and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen is in high quality well equipped with induction hob, fridge / freezer, oven with grill and hot air features as well as microwave. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with access to the living room, all with quality beds. There is both an open and covered terrace with 2 sun loungers, barbecue and good garden furniture where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. There is a swing in the garden. Not for rent to youth groups. A fantastic holiday home which is suitable for all seasons. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children.
