The staff was very warm and welcoming. I think his name was Mandeep. He suggested good places for us to go to get good view of the sleeping giant and also where to get some good food.

Some good some not so good things.

Bed was very comfortable. Check in was smooth and staff helpful and friendly. However the parking lot looked like a war zone. Very sketchy looking people hanging around and the pavement had deep potholes everywhere. The worst. A paving company was pressure washing the tar and black oil from its truck meters from our entrance. Environmentally it made me angry.

No Towels Nor Bath Mat

There was black mold in the shower and I didn't bother to complain as other areas of the hotel seemed to be neglected. I checked in at 12 am and let them know at 9 am there were no bath linens. I ended up getting 1 towel in the late evening and was told they were short on towels. The hotel was quiet and staff were friendly and responsive. I was thankful for the discount upon check out as a result of not having towels for majority of the stay/only receiving 1. If you need a place to stay and are being budget wise, the beds make it worth a brief stay. They were comfy and felt clean.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for a staff to show up, but rest of check in was good. The towels in the bathroom were not neatly arranged and therefore not sure if they were used and also missing a second facecloth. Ice machines were not working, but when I went to the desk to find out if there was one working, the gentleman at the desk took my ice bucket (that didn't have a bag liner) and got some from the kitchen

Desk clerk told us of an entrance to use to get to our room which was way out of the way. We found a more accessible entrance for easier access to our room.

The worse hotel we have ever stayed in. Can’t believe this is in Canada. Dingy, stinky, seedy, rooms too hot with no way to control anything, people smoking and weeding everywhere. Stains on the walls. Sent text message, no reply (Phone to connect with the receptionist don’t work either)

The couches had huge stains on them and so did the pull out mattress. We decided not to use The couch. There was stains all over the floor. Hotel not like photos. Wish I could get a refund.
