Staff friendly and responsive! The tolerates a lot. Older hotel but rooms are clean. Fireplace in lobby is nice. Skäl restaurant is ok but WAY too expensive.

Heat was off when I arrived in room so it was quite cold for a bit until I turned the heater on and it soon warmed up. Blankets were very skimpy. I took the covers from the second bed but still pretty thin for bedding. I couldn’t find any extra blankets in the room. I could have called down but my flight got in late and I was tired and didn’t want to wait. Room was clean. Shower was decent with lots of hot water. Coffee maker and pods available but nothing for tea. Check in was quick.
