Thyborøn is located in a fantastic natural area – close to the water on several sides! This lovely holiday home, with an area of 214 m² and a 6-person hot tub in the garden, is only 250 meters from the North Sea.



There is a wonderful activity room on the first floor with a pool table, table football, electronic darts, and a game table for those who prefer to play board games. There is also a gamer room with bean bags and a PS3 with various games, as well as karaoke.



The house has a lovely living room with a wood-burning stove and cozy furniture. The living room has a flat-screen TV with Chromecast and high-speed internet. There is also the option to watch German TV channels via satellite. A high chair is available.



The kitchen is connected to the living room, and here you will find everything you need. It has a lovely, large dining table with space for everyone.



The house has 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, each with both a double bed and a single bed, on the first floor. There is also a sofa bed and a weekend bed.



There is a bathroom with a bathing area, shower, and toilet, and a guest bathroom with a shower and toilet as well. The utility room contains a washing machine and dryer.



The house is primarily heated by district heating, which keeps energy consumption low.



The hot tub is heated with wood, and wood can be purchased on-site. There is also a fire pit – perfect for making stick bread or roasting a sausage in the garden to end an active day.



Outside, you will find a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There is also a trampoline that you are free to use (NB! The trampoline is used at your own risk). There are also football goals, so you can hold a small private tournament. The garden is enclosed, so the dog can roam freely without the risk of running away.

The house is not rented out to youth groups.
