From this unique summer house, you have a front-row view of the tranquil waters of Nissum Bredning. Here, you can enjoy the view of the fjord from both the bedroom, the newly decorated living room, and the terrace, while letting everyday life fade into the background.



The house was completely renovated in 2024 and spans 122 square meters, where modern comfort meets timeless design. The open floor plan ensures that you always have a view of the water, whether you are cooking, relaxing in the living room, or waking up in the bedroom.



The 7,000 square meter natural plot offers both a well-kept lawn and wild areas with trees. A charming path leads you through the grounds to your private sunset spot, where you can enjoy the last rays of the day in the garden chairs.



With just 50 meters to the beach to the west and 400 meters to the inner part of the Limfjord to the east, you always have the opportunity to find the perfect place to swim. In the area, you can also explore the new SMK Thy at Dover Odde Købmandsgård, which opened in the summer of 2025.
