It was nice and very clean, staff were friendly. There wasn't any VIP benefits, so I'm not sure what you're referring to. The neighbourhood is good for TJ but not good in comparison to most cities, so I gave the area a lower rating. The hotel & restaurant prices were very high for TJ; next time I'll just stay in San Diego.
