Everything is ok. Clean,safe and personnel really good and helpful the only bad bad thing is that it doesn't have elevators and in the property details says it have. I have my parents 76 and 84 years old and it was a mission to have them through the stairs. Bad bad experience

The hotel does not have an elevator, something that I forgot to check before I booked the hotel. My father elderly father had a hard time walking up the flights of stairs. In order for them to give you the remotes to the TV and air conditioner you have to leave a deposit. They give it back to you once you leave and return the items, its just a hassle that you have to do that. If you need an iron you have to call the front desk somce they do not have one in the room. It is very close to the airport which makes it really convenient if you have an early flight. We just stayed one night so it served its purpose. The attendant that helped us up with our luggage was extremely friendly and super nice but the gentlemen at the front desk was quite an arrogant guy and not helpful.at all.

Great place, hard beds.

Hotel Principado is always a good stay when we are on an airport trip. The only issue I continue to have, and this is a normal Mexican thing, is the hard beds. I wish the beds would give me a hug when I lay down and not reject me like a cold step-mother.
