All the staff is very attentive and polite, however there rooms are a hit and miss, every room we’ve had has had hair in the sink/tub and the water pressure was awful. I return to the same hotel simply because of the staff and location

When I arrived I asked for a clean and a room not close to the elevator and one of the staff put me first in 1 room next to the elevator and I asked to be changed. Next room was awful no amenities, no towels and smelled like sewer. 3 was the charm a nice lady of reception changed me to a much better room and that made my stay more enjoyable. I loved the spa and did a little workout at the gym.
