Great hotel

Clean and safe is how I would best describe this hotel. Great service. Great location. Staff is helpful and friendly. It’s close to everything you could possibly need and close to freeways and on-ramps that can easily and quickly get you to close by beaches and towns like Rosarito and Ensenada.

There was no hot water to shower with. Then, the problem became worse when the water had to be turned off. The issue was finally resolved the next day. But the inconvenience of not being able to shower with warm water -- and then not being able to shower at all because the water was turned off. However, the manager kept me informed. So I was satisfied.
