"Pros: The house is clean and cute. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and lots of bathroom essentials provided. The arcade room is neat and the living room is comfortable.Not far from local businesses and a 20 min drive to nice trails at the Buffalo River.Cons: House has gone past needing TLC and into major repair needs. Couldn't use 2nd story shower as it leaked into the middle of the living room/dining area on 1st floor. The flooring is coming up in several places causing trip hazards and some vents are starting come out of the ceiling. Zero privacy!! Raccoon Springs Pond is a highly used city pond 50 yards from the back porch. People have created dirt paths from surrounding properties to drive down to the pond and will park randomly at night with headlights pointed at the back porch and deck.The front french doors have no curtains or blinds and is maybe 20 yards from the main road so everyone driving by can see the living room/dining room/kitchen/master bedroom and that also includes the random people walking down the street carrying a bag of their belongings, yelling random words as they talk to themselves.The hot tub is also easily visible from the park and roadway.Not worth the extra paid versus other VRBO and AirB&B properties of the same size in the area."
