Not bad at all.

Staff was really kind and accommodating. Fast was good with exception of the coffee ( dark roasted) . Having parking and laundry definitely a big plus. I read that tours were offered which is a great tool to discover the city and it’s surroundings. Ideas to better: Replace the pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Also offer a plain sheet for people that don’t want to use the comforter. Offer ground coffee instead of instant coffee paquets.

Worth staying here.

I appreciated free parking next to the hotel! Also, the fitness center was open 24 hours a day making it accessible at any time for travelers with jet lag.

The hotel is quiet and a very nice part of Tirana away from the city center. Lots of shops and restaurants. The bed is a bit old, the towels are old and hard to the touch. The breakfast is better and cheaper outside. Overall a good stay.

Good hotel. Good location. Polite staff. Good breakfast spread. Improvement points: 1) Staff don’t talk to each other. Had to wait over an hour for some bedding but on calling the front desk again was told that the staff had clocked out and didn’t leave any messages. 2) Once, we asked for some cutlery. Called after 45 mins to check and were told that they didn’t have room service. Why didn’t they say so the first time we called? 3) Housekeeping don’t restock coffee etc. each day there was only one coffee sachet for the 2 of us.

Ohhh wow where do I start... my first time in Tirana, had no idea what ti expect. Location is perfect right next to a small shopping area full of stores and restaurants, shuttle service with the best driver, who ended up taking us on day trips in the area.And the people working in the hotel are the friendliest we have ever encountered! Highly recommended!!!

The staff were professional and most helpful at all times. The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable and daily cleaning was carried out to high standard. Highly recommended, would certainly stay again.
