I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Shinjuku; the staff here was very friendly and welcoming. Across from the hotel is a laundromat, which is very convenient, with vending machines outside. In addition, the area is very peaceful, with some local shops and restaurants very close by, including the train station. I highly recommend staying here if you ever want to walk around the city, which is about 12 minutes from the hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied here and I hope to return here when I visit Japan again.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. It's in a quiet area but also walkable to everywhere we needed. The bed is comfortable. Our kids enjoyed tatami as extra bed. The only cons was there's no shuttle bus service and quiet a distance to walk with luggage from train station. Uber/Taxi is recommended.

The room was located just a walk off site. The room was a good size compared to most japan hotels. The a/c was amazing. It was a short walk to everything that we needed.
