This seems like an older property and our room had a dusty smell. There was an air purifier in the room. We had a family of 5. The space is large with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a dining table and a small kitchen w fridge. The staff is helpful and kind. The location is nearby the rail system and many food options in all directions. If you are coming with a big family this is a good option.

The location was amazing. A short walk or train ride to almost everywhere but a nice, quiet place to rest at the end of the day. Our room was super spacious as well. We had a bedroom and a separate tatami room. The room was wonderful but is due for a bit of remodeling soon. One cabinet door in the bathroom fell off when we were there. But we would stay there again. Staff was also super helpful.

Located just a few blocks from two different train stations, with lots of shopping options in between. This place may not be as convenient as some, but it's still very good. If you're pulling luggage, the sidewalks are a bit smaller in this area. But, there are many shops and restaurants nearby, so absolutely no complaints. The staff was very friendly, and the room was adequate. Next door to a grocery, and down the street from a Don Q. What more can you ask for? I'd stay here again.

The hotel was new and clean. Big enough for my family. Gotten an upgrade to a bigger room. However, the check out timing was too early at 10am. End up paying another 3500 yen for that 2 hours
