We booked 2 rm, Premier Grand with Lounge Club Access, 4 adults and 1 child upon check in, my son who is 16 yrs old is considered adult here in Japan and they would not let him stay with any of our room though both room should be able to accommodate 3persons and before arrival I did messages them… to cut story short they downgraded 1 of our room to triple bed which we have to wait for them to put an extra bed, and no access to Club lounge plus I have to pay extra charge for my son’s breakfast, 4500yen every day, This is not fair for us because this is family Holiday, I paid extra amount of money for better experience that we did get. Need your action.

The rooms are very nice modern spacious . The corridor looks outdated though but still clean . Nice to have the adapters and multi cables available in the room . Toilet within the room is spacious bright clean and modern . Will definitely stay here again if I m back to Tokyo. Do remember to check if the room type comes with access to the sky lounge as I forgot to do so
