Nice scenery from the window. But overall condition of the room, especially quality of toiletries, on the 20th floor were way under from our subsequent stay with the same hotel later with other travel group on the 27 th floor.

Great hotel in Shinjuku

A really nice hotel that was perfect for a first time in Tokyo. Very convenient in Shinjuku and it was a comfortable and spacious room.

The property was amazing and would definitely be back the only thing that I didn’t like was being charged to sit in a lounge that we should receive access to since we’re staying there. Other than that service was great!

Keio Plaza Hotel Stay

The staff are amazing at every point of the stay. The room was quite comfortable and amenities were plentiful. Food was delicious. This is a prime location for transportation access along with limo bus use. My only point of improvement, and it’s minor at best, if using the 47th floor lounge to relax, it is actually quite loud up there and while I was there- a lot of screaming and playing kids, so it defeated the purpose. It would be good for family time but not relaxing.

Very bad experience on our first day in Japan. Booked a room in expedia for 3 adults and 2 kids. It says superior twin room sleeps 6. Paid a lot for thia room. However when we checked in the reception staff said i only booked for 3 people. I explained i booked a room for 5. I even message the property months before if there is any extra charge for a family of 5 and they replied NO. The staff guy could not understand keeps telling me he has to charge me another room for me and my husband for another 3 nights. We were very tired we decided to pay. But when we get to the room, superior room is big enough to accomodate the 5 of us it has 3 twinbeds enough for the family, indeed up not using the other room. We could not sleep separately with our kids. We just paid but never used it. We were very upset as we have to pay another $160,000 . We were ripped off our budget. The other hotel we stayed never charged us with another room (booked the same 3 adults 2 kids) This is the first time it happened to us. I hope they realized and refund us the money.
