The room was clean. Breakfast was added as upgrades. However the WiFi signal in the room we had was very weak. We were not able to use the hotel WiFi in our room. I told the front desk and they couldn’t fix it.

Room was what we needed for two nights but quite small. Beds were comfy and room was clean so no complaints. We were unfortunate to share our first night with two school/college trips. Started with groups of girls screaming and running up and down the corridors which reception dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing could be done with the large bunch of American young men outside the hotel wooing and cheering for around 30 minutes. Overall a good stay with everything we needed

Convenient location for quick visit

Hotel comfortable and clean, close and easy walk to go downtown, the waterfront promenade is across the road. Grocery and Food Hall nearby. Only negative was the room doors close hard and students don't know how to turn a knob.

This hotel takes tour groups so the desk seems constantly overwhelmed taking in large groups of people. They have little time to respond to guests. Some of our group missed a Northern Lights tour as they did not update what was happening. Breakfasts are ok but very simple. Worse, no lunch or dinner at hotel and places to eat substantially far and snow and sleet common.

Perfect for tour pick ups

Great hotel for the price. We were looking for a hotel that wasn’t too expensive so chose hotel cabin. The rooms were small but cosy and comfortable. The location was great, around a 25 minute walk from the centre however bus stop 12 is nearby and all the local tours can pick up at this hotel which was really good. Perfect for what we needed. There is also a small food court across the road with cheap dinner choices and a supermarket only 5 minutes away.

2 star hotel

This is definitely a 2 star hotel like advertised. There was barely any free space in my room and my "twin bed" was just 2 single beds pushed together with nice big crack in the middle so you could not spread out. I was grateful it was just me and not 2 people in my room.
