The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is located around the corner from the airport bus stop 9, which makes it really convenient to get to and from the airport. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast was excellent, with lots of selections. The room was clean. However, it would have been great to have a refrigerator in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would book it again when I return to Reykjavik.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The only thing that I had an issue with was initially when we got to our room, it had an odor that came and went. I think it might have been from the sewer just because it was very strong in the bathroom. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location, Staff was very helpful extra charge get early check-in. Very close to sub voyager Close to shopping market and rainbow street walking distance 1 mile Only thing what we face Breakfast - any item got finish it would never refill. Even if you asked them staff try to play hide n seek with you. And a very less parking garage if you come late get ready to park on the street. Overall will definitely come back again.

Room and breakfast were nice but parking is deceiving. There is a small underground parking garage with approx 25 spots plus an additional 4-5 outdoor spots. We were under the impression parking was free, however all spots were filled when we checked in at 19:00 hrs and had to pay to park on the street. Check in earlier if you can to guarantee a free spot.
