Had to pay extra on arrival said was currency fluctuations. Was a long way out of town, approx 30mins walk to the Cathedral. At front of the building so noisy even though on 5th floor.

Staff members were very nice and helpful. Several restaurants were nearby as well as some shopping. You need a car to see the sights, although we were picked up for most tours. Elevators worked well. Room was very nice. Nothing special, but nice and clean.

My room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free, safe, and convenient. There were lots of dining options within a short walk or drive. I cannot think of anything that I would improve.

This was a great find. We went next door to Olifa to have dinner, which was incredible. It was close to the pharmacy and grocery store. The bus stop was right by the hotel. The check in process was quick and easy with the friendly staff. Our room was clean and had plenty of space for our luggage. Breakfast was delicious. It had the standard meat, cheese, pastries, fruit and we actually tried the cod liver oil shot. When in Rome! The only thing I had trouble with was the soap in the bathroom. You have to squeeze the bottles, which is hard to do when you have arthritis. I would absolutely book another stay here.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Little touches like the wrap around desk, closet space, and fold out luggage rack made the small space seem much bigger. Easy and free parking. Pizza restaurant downstairs was excellent. It would be great if it was a little closer to downtown, but it was still very easy to drive or take the bus.
