Really a 4.5 rating. Walkable to everything, and our room, though small, fit our family of 3. Everything was clean and fresh towels were provided every day upon request. Lots of shops and restaurants below the hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful (they assisted in sending our luggage on to Osaka ahead of us for about $25 apiece. A varied breakfast was included with the room (for a fee—about $25 PP. Laundry on the premises. Walkable to downtown Shinjuku.

Located on the quieter side of Shinjuku with several train stations nearby within a short walk. Amenities bar in the hotel lobby for guests to grab including face masks and foot masks. Reasonable room size with enough space for large suitcases. Bathroom is small but functional.
