This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we didn’t have any problems. We booked the same type of room, but for some reason, the room we received this time was smaller than the first one, so we had to maneuver ourselves and our luggage to make everything fit. Aside from that, the stay was great.

Stayed three nights as a family of three. Perfect location (direct Narita airport shuttle), great breakfast, awesome staff service. Room is small, typical in Tokyo.

The AC was very weak. The hotel had a portable fan and a dehumidifier in the room to help with the air, however, if you turn off the main light in the room, it will only leave one power outlet working. You will then have to decide do you want tocharge your electric device or have the fan on. Honestly the fan didn’t help much either We stayed at the hotel for 11 days. It was not comfortable.

Amazing staff and very clean hotel! The rooms are small but normal for Japan! The hotel is in a great location close to the train station great travel hub! And very walkable to main Tokyo highlights! Couldn’t recommend more and have free luggage lockers for after checkout!

The hotel is conveniently located with many dining and shopping options within a few blocks. But the room was very small. I had stayed in the Washington Hotel Annex and my room there was much bigger. Also, the staff was not very welcoming or helpful. Especially compared to the staff in the Annex, who were always friendly and helpful. I will remember to always book a room in the Annex. Not the main hotel.

It's a large hotel complex with many rooms. Check in and checkout are automated and self-serviced like many hotels in Japan. Location is okay, not too far from the Shinjuku Station. Room size is small but all facilities are well maintained and in good condition.

Very helpful staff from check in to check out No issues found with room during stay Very convenient being attached the the airport limousine bus service from and to Haneda airport. Many convenience stores located in and around the hotel Luggage check in service is very helpful especially if you have a delayed flight. Check out was 11 am but we were able to keep our luggage with them till we had to go to the airport at 6pm+
