They packed lots of amenities in a tiny space with low ceiling. Walls are so thin, that I could hear snoring coming from next door. I am sure they heard mine. Found a direct bus to Narita airport from the hotel which was very convenient and cheap. On the way to the hotel, I took skyliner and taxi which were 3 times more expensive.

Morning breakfast buffet was very good. Hallway and room carpet was dirty and bathroom smell was no good.Main issue is air dirt and smell.Very hard to breath without air purifier. But towel and shampoo,conditioner,body soap quality was very good!

The hotel location was very convenient and if you want to save yourself the stress of trains and cost of taxis, I highly recommend using the airport limousine from airport to this hotel. Shinjuku station was a good 9 min walk and the heart of Shinjuku a good 12 min walk. Room was small but great for solo travelers.

Had to queue 20 minutes for breakfast on two consecutive days which had an impact on journey plans and train connections. This was despite arriving for breakfast early at 6.45! Hotel did not have capacity to cater for guest numbers. Although we stayed for 5 nights, the room was never cleaned, beds not changed and drinks not replenished. We had understood from the notice we received that the room would be cleaned and beds changed for a stay of 3 days or more. Communication was unclear. Had to approach reception to replenish tea and coffee.

Friendly staff, clean room, very firm bed is a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is good but it didn’t not exceed my expectation. 2750 yen per guests who stayed in the hotel considering its location I feel the value is pretty good. Check in process is smooth but I feel joining the member to have the additional member benefit is taking too much time. It takes 10 mins to walk to the subway station, with a luggage even a carry on case I can feel the distance. But there are many restaurants options just within the hotel building. Very convenient. If you want to send the luggage to the airport, you need to go to 7-11, otherwise the hotel can help you to send the big luggage to the next place.

This is an excellent hotel from which to explore Tokyo. The area is walkable and convenient to shopping areas and it is also close ti publuc transportation from where one can travel throughout the city and the country. The on-site laundry and convenience store also add to the overall convenience of this hotel

The location is terrific - near to metro, buses, taxis and on the route of the airport limo to/from Haneda airport. Additionally the meal choices in the basement level and Foodmart in the hotel were superb. The laundry room was very convenient and the staff on thw whole were plesant and helpful. The area is very walkable and the hotel looks out at the Metroploitan building observation decks and light shows, and is near the meeting points for tours. The only drawback is thar the basic room is small for 2 people, but i found that in other japanese hotels.

Rooms are small, strange mold smell in the bathroom. Location was good and convenient to have FamilyMart in the same building. Some friendly staff, others not as welcoming.
