It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything.

Very centralized location, about 5 minutes away from many many food options and walkable to shinjuku train station and shopping areas. There is also a family mart and Lawson convenience stores inside the hotel as well as a 7/11 2 minutes away. Very good stay, the rooms are kept warm which could get uncomfortable, the rooms themselves are very small, if you have a lot of large luggage you will have a very tight uncomfortable squeeze. Water pressure and temperature are really good, the elevators are kind of slow. Also the laundry room has 4 dryers and 4 washing machines, the dryers take and extremely long time to dry your clothes. Overall, our stay was good but will be exploring other options for future trips.

Great location- Room too warm

Overall very nice hotel, however the room was far too hot based on in room clock/thermometer it was 24-25c.. our room had an AC switch on wall and portable ac but no difference. If window would open even a little (room was on 19F) would have made all the difference. Would 100% stay here again if the room could be cooler. Friendly staff, great location can’t fault anything but room temp.

Room was very small, with no enough space for the suitcases. Walls were stained and toilet was not clean. Only one pillow per bed and mattresses were hard. Price was too high for the quality of the room, although the hotel is well located.

I heard that the rooms in Japan were small, but this was the perfect size and we enjoyed our stay. Very easy to get to the train stations and many options for food. Excellent place to stay!
