The staff was absolutely amazing! The man that checked us in was very friendly and informative. The cleaning staff was so sweet and kind and the manager was very helpful and even offered to allow us to check out late so we could shower after running our marathon!! Which we were extremely grateful for so we didn’t have to drive 3 hours home stinky! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The outside's a tad dodgy looking, but the room itself was VERY well furnished and maintained. The reception was rather informal, but I assume that it was just one of those days. Soundproofing was pretty good, and I had a fantastic sleep. You only need your ID to check in, and they allow adult patrons under 21, despite what the Expedia reservation says. Great room for the price, would definitely stay in again!

This place was absolutely disgusting. I wasn't expecting the 4 seasons but based on other reviews I thought it would be ok for just a quick place to sleep for the night. Walls were filthy, lamp shades stained, sheets stained, holes and stains on the carpet, water leaking from the toilet, broken furniture throughout the room and a smell of smoke that can only come from 50 years of chain smoking.

Stayed there for the Glass City Marathon. It was conveniently located 10 minutes from the university start & finish line. Brought own food for dinner and breakfast- fridge and microwave came in very handy for this. Bathroom was not renovated but it served the purpose. Double beds were comfortable. Only problem I had was the strong smell of the room sanitizer or deodorizer. It decreased with over the 1 night stay. Staff was great and accommodating for a late checkout which we appreciated very much!

Broken glass beer bottle in hallway outside, weird smell in room, staff was helpful in getting us moved, unfortunately second room also stank, but was tolerable. Used condom found near the bed (no joke). While we appreciate the generous pet policy we put Red Roof on the “probably should avoid list” (at least this location).
