Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony0 you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island
During your stay at this hotel, you're just a quick walk from Surf City Beach.

Wonderful Experience

Our goal was to have the convenience of staying close to Serenity Pointe. The location and view was perfect. We’re looking forward to staying there again. It had just the right amenities to be able enjoy ourselves.
