The staff was very friendly, and the property was well kept. I didn’t like the pool at all, but over all the stay was good. I do recommend staying here, and I probably would stay there again. I’ve stay at this hotel brand in another city that’s why I chose this hotel.

The sheets and linens were stained. The microwave did not work properly, the phone did not work when trying to reach front desk and other services the entire time. It was also noisy in the room along with being able to hear the people in the adjacent rooms. I must also mention the gentleman who came to provide new linens was extremely helpful and friendly. He also took full responsibility and accountability for the issue along with an apology. Staff were helpful and responsive but I would not stay there again because of all the other issues.

When we arrived we were meet at counter had everything ready no wait. The hotel services were explained etc. The room was clean did NOT smell like typical hotel rooms. Plenty of towels, room was quiet. When we booked out friendly and thanked us for coming to the Hotel and hope ed we would return. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Rooms were nice and quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner dining was also very good. Pool was out of service so cannot comment there. I would stay here again.
