The Wonderful apartment in La Mata (in front of the sea) consists of a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Capacity for 4 people (1 double room and 2 single rooms). There is a terrace covered by glass (8 m2).

It is located in an ideal area for families, in these areas of restaurants and bars, supermarkets. This is a ground floor.

Beautiful, comfortable, furnished 82 m² room with views of the beach from the terrace.

The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, television with Spanish channels.

In the kitchen: cafeteria, microwave, ceramic plate and speaker, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishes (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, pots, vases, etc.).

Maintain air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room.

It is located on the 1st line of the sandy beach “Playa La Mata”.



ATTENTION! The City Council is making repairs to the promenade in front of the sea, so the entrance directly next to the building is closed. The entrance to the beach is close in 100m.

Repairs have to be completed by October 2024, they say.





In 1-2 minutes you can find many restaurants and cafes. Right next door is the small supermarket area (100 m). night embankment.

Alicante-Elche Airport is 39 km away and Torrevieja Bus Station is 7 km away.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Property and holiday generally good. Location ideal but had issues with poor communication, shower trap full of hair dead plants in terrace room and cash going missing on the last day. This was inside a locked property with only 2 people having access to the keys. When challenged they suggested it wasnt worth reporting as Spanish Police wont do anything. Sad end to a lovely holiday.
