The bungalow is located in the residential area of Torrevieja, it has 2 bedrooms (with 2 double beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large terrace on the roof, a communal pool and garden, the maximum capacity is 4 people and is ideal for family or couple(s). Having your privacy, you are one step away from all the services and developed infrastructure.

In the apartment there is everything you may need for your holidays: the independent kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, there is a hairdryer . Towels and bed linen are provided. For hot summer days it has central air conditioning throughout the accommodation and a community pool. You can leave your car with peace of mind in the private outdoor parking in the same urbanization.

The apartment is 50 m², it is very comfortable, spacious and recently built, very bright and furnished to taste, with wonderful views of the garden and the pool. It has a wifi to be able to work online or to have fun watching your favorite series.
