107 Sea Side - Alicante Holiday
The flat in the heart of La Mata with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom has a capacity for 5 people. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room.
Here you will find a modern furnished 60 m² flat with everything you need for a nice holiday: a large 12 m² terrace, which invites you to have a cosy breakfast and long evenings. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, leaving nothing to be desired.
On the roof terrace, where you can also hang your laundry, you will experience a fantastic view of the plaza and the sea. You leave the house, walk 50 metres across the plaza and find yourself directly on the kilometre-long sandy beach. There is a bakery and pharmacy in the same house. Within a radius of 100 metres you will find all the necessary things for your daily needs such as a supermarket, bank, butcher's shop, restaurants, cafés as well as other small shops.
Activities:
Besides the wonderful sandy beaches, the surrounding area offers many other possibilities for activities. With its salt marshes, nature reserves and pine forests, the region invites you to go for long walks, hikes or bike rides. (Interesting cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Elche can be reached within an hour. A trip to the pirate island of Tabarca is also recommended.

Alicante airport is only 40km away from La Mata. Also within 50 meters you can find the bus stop to travel in the nearby villages.
