De informatie op de site is niet conform de realiteit. Wij hadden verondersteld dat we een bungalow hadden gehuurd, maar het bleek een appartement op de eerste verdieping te zijn. Erg klein en vol. Een terras was onbruikbaar vanwege de wasmachine. We zijn door Vrbo klantenservice goed geholpen en na11 dagen vertrokken, terwijl we voor 4,5 gehuurd hadden.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung. Die Kommunikation mit Fernando und Marina war 1a. Maria ist ein Goldstück! Unsere Note: 1 +++

Excellent séjour dans une maison idéale

C’est la troisième fois que nous venons à Torrevieja depuis 2015 et cet été nous avons choisi cette maison appartenant à Marina et Fernando. C’est le meilleur choix que nous ayons fait. Tout a été parfait de A à Z! La description sur le site est totalement conforme à la réalité. Marina et Fernando ont été des hôtes adorables dès le début : informations claires, réactivité de leurs réponses et une très grande gentillesse. On sent qu’ils aiment leur maison et qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un banal investissement locatif. Ils en prennent grand soin, la maison est impeccable et possède des équipements de grande qualité. De ce que nous avons vu dans la résidence, cette maison est la mieux équipée et aussi celle qui bénéficie du meilleur emplacement. La maison est idéalement exposée : la majeure partie est à l’Est ce qui permet de bénéficier d’air et d’ombre bienvenus aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Si jamais la chaleur est trop importante, la maison bénéficie d’une VRAIE climatisation qui rafraîchit toutes les pièces de la maison (très important car à notre arrivée à Torrevieja il faisait plus de 40 degrés!). La cuisine est parfaitement équipée ( réfrigérateur avec une partie congélateur, plaques, four à chaleur tournante, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle). A côté de la cuisine se trouve une loggia avec la machine à laver. La salle d’eau est équipée d’une belle douche à l’italienne et d’une fenêtre . Les 2 chambres sont de bonne taille et sont équipées de placards de rangements et de commodes. Chaque chambre est équipée d’une TV. Une autre TV est présente dans la pièce à vie avec réception satellite. La pièce de vie donne sur un très agréable balcon/terrasse exposé Est donc idéal pour déjeuner et prendre l’apéro à l’ombre. Ce balcon est fleuri et est agrémenté de plusieurs plantes ce qui lui donne un côté cosy très appréciable. Cerise sur le gâteau, cette maison est équipée d’une très grande terrasse en rooftop juste magnifique! Marina et Fernando l’ont parfaitement fleurie ce qui est très agréable. La terrasse bénéficie d’un barbecue au charbon, de transats et d’une table permettant de manger nombreux. Elle est équipée d’un store pour pouvoir manger à l’ombre. Dans la résidence il y a 1 piscine communautaire avec douches, un bassin pour les enfants et un grand bassin. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour vos vacances et nous remercions chaleureusement Marina et Fernando pour nos superbes vacances passées chez eux!
