Various shops and numerous bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. 10 minute walk to popular las naufragos tourist beach and 20 minute walk to city centre. Bus stop at end of the road. Property has cosy front terrace, rear courtyard for dining, bbqing or just relaxing. and a sun drenched balcony off one bedroom so you can enjoy lots of time outdoors. Kitchen has been completely refitted with all new units and appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. All bedding and towels provided. Multi country TV and WiFi. Air conditioning in lounge and master bedroom for hot weather and cosy electric fire should winter evenings turn chilly. Bring your well behaved pets too.
