This Plot consists of two semi-detached houses with a shared pool in both houses, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.
This elegant house has a large main room with a double bed and a small extra extendable bed, it has access to the pool from the room. The bathroom with hot and cold water shower. It has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and views and access to the pool. The dining room with an extendable table and 4 chairs. Open American kitchen with the necessary appliances for your pleasant stay. In the pool area they have sun loungers and a dining table to enjoy the atmosphere outside the house. Near the house there are several restaurants with different palates, bars and in front of a supermarket, pharmacies, 24 hours and easy access to the center of Torrevieja, and beaches.
At 55km is the Alicante Airport, 60 km from the Renfe train station (Alicante)
