This well-appointed ground-floor flat is located near the Habaneras in Torrevieja. The flat is equipped with a conservatory where you can relax or sit out of the sun even in the early and late season. There is a spacious garden with stone BBQ. At 150 m there is a spacious (communal) swimming pool with separate children's section at a lovely sunbathing area where you can lounge. The flat has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen and living room. Dutch TV channels, safe, washing machine and air conditioning (hot/cold). The kitchen has a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. The conservatory has a table and chairs which can also be used outside. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided. The centre of Torrevieja is easy to reach on foot, as well as the Habaneras shopping centre and the large Carrefour. About 150 metres away on foot is the Consum supermarket. Near the property is a large Aquapark with giant slides and water fun for young and old. This is only open in season, though. Furthermore, there is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area so you will definitely not be bored. You can dive, play tennis, swim, go jet skiing or enjoy a game of golf.

Energy costs are included in the rental price, according to fair use policy. Fair use policy is around 80 kwh per week for electricity. If this is exceeded then charge (will be deducted from the deposit).
The deposit will be returned via bank transfer within 14 days after check-out when you leave the property in good condition.
