"This inviting modern top floor apartment with sea views has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing space for up to 4 guests.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, walking-closet and en-suite bathroom complete with a shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom, equipped with two cozy single beds, is ideal for children or friend. Just outside the door, you'll find a family bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year. The kitchen is fitted with all the essential appliances to make your stay hassle-free: coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cozy living room has a sofa, television and dining table.
Outside, there is a spacious terrace and an equipped solarium, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dining in our magnificent climate.
We provide bed linen, towels and a hairdryer to our guests, as well as free Wi-Fi in the property. A generous allowance of 20KW/day for electricity is included in the price (any excess is billed separately). Access to secure underground parking is also included in the price.
