Geen duidelijke instructies waar de sleutels zijn. Er staat bij dat ze in een zwarte brievenbus in een enveloppe met je naam erop zitten. Je moet echt tussen de struiken zoeken naar een piepklein kastje. Daar ligt dan een sleutelbos in waarvan je msaar moet aannemen dat dat ze zijn, (niet in een enveloppe met je naam). Geen enkele instructies voor de werking van bijvoorbeeld de gasfles, tv, koffiezetapparaat, airco etc. Kraan in de douche zit los wc bril zit los, bank op balkon was oud en brak door.midden toen wij erop gingen zitten!!!! Wel opgelost door 2 nieuwe stoelen. We hebben pas op dag 5 koffie kunnen zetten en kunnen koken omdat er toen pas iemand langs kwam om het op te lossen!! Een broodmes en een snijplank zou makkelijk zijn.

Negativt: Vi begärde flera gånger mejlkontakt på engelska , vilket inte alltid respekterades. Mycket krångligt att få tillträde: Nycklarna skulle hämtas från en box på deras kontor, som låg ca 3 km från boendet. Vi hade tagit oss med taxi till boendet kl 16.00. Till slut kom en man från kontoret med nycklarna och släppte in oss. Först kl 18.30 kom vi in. Mycket insyn på balkongen från ett par andra balkonger mitt emot. Taxi finns knappast att tillgå beroende på för få taxibilar och för många turister. Positivt: Mycket fint och grönt poolområde som överträffade våra förväntningar. Välutrustat köket, men ugn saknas. Busshållplatser fanns helt nära på stora vägen. Vi är ett par kring 70 år, som besökte lägenheten den sista veckan i juni.

La gestión con la agencia fue peor imposible. Recogimos las llaves en el buzón, tal y como nos indicaron, pero no abrían la puerta del apartamento porque la dirección que nos dieron no era correcta. Después de más de una hora esperando en la puerta y sin que nos dieran solución, por las fotos del balcón pude adivinar que se trataba de otro piso
