We offer for rent a spacious three-bedroom apartment in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance of the sea and the beach. The apartment is 102 m2 and consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies, one of which is glazed. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a wall fan. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is an underground parking space. The «Mercadona» supermarket is 200 meters away, and the Russian «Kalinka» store is 150 meters away. The city bus station and public transport stop are only 100 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are within a radius of 200 meters. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are only 500 meters away! Accommodation option - up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the open balcony! Fine for violation 200 euros!
