Villa Amalia 38: Top floor apartment with solarium
This modern top floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space to accommodate up to 4 people.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and heat pump to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is equipped with a dining table and sitting area.
The apartment has a sunny terrace and a large solarium, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining. Both have tables and chairs, and the solarium has a chill-out area with a comfortable sofa.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi is included in the price.
The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12 metre long swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. For those who visit us in winter, there is also a heated pool with a constant temperature of 28ºC, along with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Just outside the development, there is ample space for parking.
Villa Amalia is in an unbeatable location close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. Just 300m from the door is a small shopping centre with an Aldi, a Tedi and a Rossman, and less than 800m away is a great selection of bars and restaurants.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the sea, where there is a beautiful rocky beach with a swimming area. Following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
With easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia.
