The jewel of the property is its terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments.

There is a bus stop that connects with Nerja and Torrox, although we recommend having your own car for greater comfort.

Needs updating and out of the way

Very clean in apartment but garage door was filthy. Hard to find your way to the apartment but beautiful views and grounds once you got there. Apartment needs updating shower doors left big gaps for water to go thru, couch was old and saggy and appliances kept tripping breaker it water was hot and bed was comfy and we were in Spain so… our perspective likely affected by fact that it rained the whole time we were there

Appartement tres agréable, un peu loin de la ville

Conforme aux photos. Rien ne manque pour cuisiner. Literie impeccable. Vue imprenable sur la mer. Juste le ressac pour s endormir. Tres bien. Merci à canovas rental pour leur gentillesse.

INSERIERTES SAT- TV FUNKTIONIERT NICHT

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber sehr sauberes Objekt mit abgewohnter, sehr unbequemer Sitzgarnitur im Aufenthaltsraum. SAT-TV inseriert, aber kein Empfangssignal, auch nach 12 Tagen nicht repariert. Nach einer Woche wurde ein SMART-TV geliefert, Probleme mit dem Empfsng des gängigen deutschen TV-programms blieben.Haben unseren auf 5 Wochen angelegten Urlaub nach 12 Tagen dort abgebrochen. Sehr nette Wohnungseigentümer und eine bemühte Agentur vor Ort (Canovas) konnten die für uns wichtigen Unzulänglickeiten nicht abstellen.Bequeme Betten sind vorhanden.Ein sehr schöner Ausblick zum Sonnenaufgang ist nicht Alles. Insgesamt kam für uns kein Urlaubsgefühl auf.

Der tolle Blick kompensiert, dass die Einrichtung der Wohnung in die Jahre kommt und einige Sachen nicht mehr einwandfrei funktionieren und die Ausstattung eher schlicht gehalten ist. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Todos los apartamentos son muy buenos. Este apartamento necesita un poco más de cariño. Las cazuelas y cosas de cocina son escasas. Las vistas y posición del apartamento es maginifico.

Sehr schöner Meerblick.

Sehr ordentliche Anlage. Parken war sehr gut in de Tiefgarage. Saubere Poolanlage. Keine Erklärung zu den elektrischen Geräten in der Wohnung. Schlechte Beschilderung zum Objekt. Schlüssel abholen schwierig, da keine Parkplätze in der Nähe der Agentur. Strand in Objektnähe sehr schön.

Bra o fina lägenheter med riktigt bra poolområden.

Lägenheten på 3 sovrum, 1 stort vardagsrum, 1 kök två WC med dusch samt en stor balkong var helt fenomenal. Vi har hyrt likadan lägenhet tidigare på samma ställe och vi kommer definitivt åka tillbaka. Dock besviken på hanteringen av WiFi som inte fungerade på 4 dagar trots felanmälan. Sen fick vi till en början bara 1 bricka till poolområdet pga brist på brickor. Vi är 4 personer o alla behöver 1 bricka var annars får man inte komma in. Vi höll på att bli utslängda andra dagen av områdets personal då vi bara uppvisade 1 bricka när 2 av oss badade. Efter 2 dagar så lyckades vi få ihop 3 av 4 brickor som vi hade resten av våra 2 veckor där. I övrigt rekommenderar vi Vistamar Calaceites anläggning!!
