Good situation

Hotel very well situated with many bars, cafes, restaurants around. Two metro stations within short walking distance, and bus for shuttle bus to airport nearby. Cheaper alternative is to take metro from Capitol to Arenes and change to tram to airport, only 1.60 euros instead of 8 euros. Adverse comments have been made regarding bathrooms, but we could not fault it. Possibly they have been refurbished as sink, etc. were of high quality and room was not cramped at all. Reception provided shower caps on request, as only soap and shower gel/shampoo were provided. Safe now available in the room, with fridge/bar and kettle. Only two milk/creams provided per day, but extra obtained from reception. Provision of bottled water, coffee, sugar, etc. was hit and miss, varying from day to day, depending on who serviced the room. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Accueil impeccable et renseignements touristiques et gastronomiques diffusés de façon professionnelle et avec gentillesse. Excellente situation au centre de Toulouse mais au calme, proche de tout. A recommander chaudement.

Sehr gute Lage

Hotel war ok, vor allem die Lage ist sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

séjour découverte

L'hôtel se trouve à quelques minutes de la place du Capitole. Emplacement idéal et proche de sympathiques établissements: bars... Merci pour l'accueil, disponibilité du personnel. Il a une belle ambiance de jeunesse.. Je le conseille volontiers. Toulouse est une belle destination qui m'a conquis. Emilia

maximal 3 sterne

Mir ist nicht ganz klar, wie die 4 sterne zustande kommen. Zimmerausstattung ok. Habe in junior suite auf unbequemer schlafcouch geschlafen, kind und mutti im grossen bett. Das waren mit die schlimmsten naechte meines lebens. Jeder von uns hat sich mindestens 1x an einer vom sofa abstehenden stange gestossen. Bad naja. Drei sterne waeren wohl angemessen.
